Electric Nutrition x Ripple Strong
Program Description
Electric Nutrition x Ripple Strong, four-week nutrition program delivered by Electric Nutrition. Running alongside the strength program delivered by Ripple HQ. This nutrition component provides general nutrition education, group coaching, and community support, and forms the first phase of The Electric Method framework.
Eligibility and Screening
Completion of a Risk Screening Form is required before acceptance into the nutrition component of this program. Participants with a pre-existing medical condition that falls outside our Scope of Practice will not be enrolled in the program. If you have questions about your suitability, contact us at hello@electricnutrition.com.au before booking.
Electric Nutrition reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline enrolment where the Risk Screening Form indicates the program is not currently suitable for a participant. No program fees are charged unless and until enrolment has been confirmed as suitable.
Health Disclaimer and Acknowledgment
This program is general in nature and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, and is not delivered by a medical practitioner. Individual results vary based on many factors outside our control, including adherence, individual health circumstances, and lifestyle factors, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
By enrolling in this program, you acknowledge that you are in good health, and that you remain responsible for making your own informed decisions about your health and wellbeing throughout the program. Participants with pre-existing medical conditions should consult their GP or treating health practitioner before enrolling.

Program Fees and Payment
Program fees are $75 AUD per week for four weeks (total $300 AUD). This is a special launch offer available to Ripple clients only and may not be available for future cohorts at this rate.
At the time of booking, participants are required to provide valid credit or debit card details. These details are collected and stored securely by our third-party payment processor. Electric Nutrition does not store full card details on its own systems.
Once enrolment is confirmed, weekly program fees will be charged to the card provided, in advance of each program week, unless a different payment arrangement has been agreed with Electric Nutrition in writing.
Program Commitment
Once your first weekly payment has been made, you are committing to the full four-week program and to the total program fee of $300 AUD. No refunds will be given from this point, other than in the circumstances set out under Exceptional Circumstances below.
Because digital program materials are provided to you two weeks ahead of the official program start date, your first payment, and therefore your full program commitment, will be finalised no later than this early access date.
Failed or Declined Payments
If a weekly payment fails, we will attempt to contact you to update your payment details. Continued access to the program, including the private WhatsApp community and ongoing support, may be paused until payment is successfully processed.
Program Delivery and Participation
The program includes two live workshops at Ripple HQ, online live Q+A sessions offered as needed throughout the program, a private WhatsApp community with support Monday to Friday, personal energy and nutrient targets, two personalised nutrition focus points, digital nutrition guides, and two weeks of early access to digital downloads ahead of the program start date.
Participants are welcome to engage with the in-person workshops, live and online Q+A sessions, and the private WhatsApp community as much or as little as suits them. Lack of use or engagement with any part of the program does not entitle a participant to a discount, partial refund, or full refund.
Electric Nutrition reserves the right to reschedule a workshop or session where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. Reasonable notice will be given, and a make-up session or equivalent alternative will be offered where practical.
Health Information and Privacy
Information provided in your Risk Screening Form and Client Intake Form is collected solely to assess your suitability for the program and to inform the nutrition support provided to you. This information is kept confidential and is not shared beyond what is reasonably necessary to deliver the program.
Third-Party Partnership — Ripple HQ
This program is delivered in partnership with Ripple Strong. Electric Nutrition is solely responsible for the nutrition component of the program. Ripple HQ is separately responsible for the strength and movement component, and for the Ripple HQ venue. Attendance at Ripple HQ is subject to Ripple’s own venue policies and terms, which are separate from these terms.
Group Conduct
Participants agree to engage respectfully with other members of the group, including in the private WhatsApp community. Electric Nutrition reserves the right to remove any participant from the program, without refund of fees already paid, for conduct that does not align with kind and supportive behaviour.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Before Enrolment Is Confirmed
If, following your Risk Screening Form, Electric Nutrition determines the program is not suitable for you at this time, no fees will be charged and no further action is required on your part.
Cancelling Before Your First Payment
You may cancel free of charge at any time before your first weekly payment is processed. Because digital program materials are sent two weeks ahead of the official program start date, and your first payment is finalised no later than this point, this is the deadline to cancel without charge. Notify us in writing at hello@electricnutrition.com.au before this date.
After Your First Payment Has Been Made
Once your first payment has been made, you are committed to the full four-week program and the total program fee of $300 AUD over 4 weekly payments. No refunds will be given, and this includes situations where a participant chooses not to engage with, or makes limited use of, the workshops, Q+A sessions, or WhatsApp community.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that genuine medical or personal emergencies can arise. Requests for an exception to this policy on compassionate or medical grounds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, at Electric Nutrition's discretion, and may require supporting documentation.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a remedy where a service is not provided with due care and skill, or does not achieve a specified purpose. This policy sets out our standard terms in addition to, not instead of, those statutory rights.
